1. Login to WHM
  2. In Server Configuration, navigate to Terminal
  3. Enter “dir” then find the folder name you want
  4. Enter “cd [folder name]”
  5.  Enter”sl” or “dl”
  6.  If the file is then just write “rm [filename]”
  7.  Enter “y”
  8.  Enter”sl” or “dl”
  9.  Be sure the file is deleted
